Sales Manager Call Center and BPO Services
- Utilize a proven sales process and methodology to identify and develop new business opportunities for call center services.
- Maximize sales revenue and profitability through strategic selling techniques.
- Execute commercial planning, including calls, visits, emails, and
- sales activities, to introduce and sell Mellon Group’s services to both new and existing clients. - Negotiate and close agreements while identifying
- selling opportunities. - Collaborate in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify and resolve client concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed sales activity reports in accordance with company policies.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers.
- Prepare bids, Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and contracts.
- Participate in tenders to secure new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in B2B, preferably within call center services and/or outsourcing services;
- Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into the "best solution" offering
- Fluency in English and strong PC literacy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to excel in a proactive,
- driven business development role
- Ability to manage multiple processes and tasks independently in a
- paced environment
- Highly motivated with a dynamic,
- oriented mindset
