Experience in managing sales processes for ERP, BI, and CRM platforms or similar systems, along with involvement in bidding, execution, and reporting processes, will make you an ideal fit for the role!
Some of your responsibilities would be: Lead Generation & Outreach on local and international markets Identify prospective clients through research and prospecting, with a focus on asset financing and consumer credit firms, by applying proven demand generation tactics.
Consultative Lead Qualification: Working closely with our marketing, product and technical teams, Conduct
- depth discovery conversations to understand prospective clients' key business challenges Evaluate their ERP needs and assess their alignment with Charisma FS capabilities.
Pipeline Building & Progression: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads Progressing leads to closure, ensuring consistent
- up and
- building.
Preparing Commercial Proposals: Creating tailored offers based on client requirements.
Coordinating the proposal and negotiation process until signing the contract.
Managing the Sales Cycle: Handling the sales pipeline to maximize conversion opportunities.
Collaborating with technical teams for product demonstrations and implementations.
Analyzing Competitors and Industry Trends: Monitoring competitors and adjusting sales strategies according to market trends.
With a minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales for financial services, an ideal Sales Manager should possess the following skills : Industry Knowledge: Understanding regulations, processes, and digitalization needs specific to the financial sector – leasing and consumer credit.
Communication and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to effectively communicate, influence, and build relationships with C-level executives to align solutions with business objectives and drive strategic partnerships.
Proven track record in successful negotiation of contracts, deals, or agreements.
Technical Competence: Familiarity with relevant software platforms (e. g. , ERP, CRM, BI or Risk management applications).
Good knowledge of Saa
S sales strategies, including
- based models is a plus.
Ability to translate technical product benefits into
- friendly language.
Consultative Selling Skills: Expertise in identifying client challenges and proposing solutions to address their needs.
Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain
- term relationships with Enterprise clients and partners.
