As Sales Manager Romania you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with assigned customers while actively identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and
- term partnerships through effective relationship management.
What you will do
Sales & Profitability: Accountable for sales and profitability of the defined targets for Romania.
Negotiations: Conduct
- level negotiations within agreed limits of discretion to secure favorable terms and
- term partnerships.
Budgeting & Planning: Develop annual budgets and operating plans for each customer aligned with business forecasts and regional objectives. Close colaboration with customers and marketing team to define marketing action plans to sustain customer targets
Performance Monitoring: Perform monthly control of sales and profitability per customer at local level to ensure financial targets are met.
Pricing & Financial Management: Responsible for regional pricing (including LME clause) and accruals management.
Forecasting: Prepare accurate monthly sales forecasts per customer at local level to support supply chain and financial planning.
Logistics & Service: Ensure
- specific logistic service levels are met, coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery and issue resolution.

Core Competencies and Experience
- Solid years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the automotive/production/ corporate environment
- Ability to demonstrate strong ownership of tasks and results, ensuring timely and
- quality delivery. - Capable to collaborate effectively with departments located outside Romania (primarily in Germany and the Czech Republic), except Marketing which is local.
- Strong team spirit and capacity to work seamlessly with a team that is based outside Romania.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a fluent level of English. Proficiency in Romanian is expected.
- Strong aptitude for learning and using digital tools and ERP systems quickly. Familiarity with or ability to learn: MS Office Suite, SAP. Salesforce. ANAPLAN
- Travel requirements: up to 50% (mainly within Romania)
