Responsible for supporting all aspects of the Molson Coors organization planning and reporting activities with a focus on leveraging sales analytics to create and update reports for tracking goals and sales performance and by processing insights to help inform sales leadership on potential opportunities to increase market share.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily, weekly & monthly reporting and analysis of sales performance;
• Creating and amending reports as per the business requirements; issue resolution around reporting related queries;
• Provides analytical insights by utilizing company systems (BI, BW, SAP, IS).  Create and update SOPs/QRGs in scope
• Collaborate with colleagues (GBS & BU) in order to improve and standardize current processes;
• Maintains accurate individual measurement and performance statistics.

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

Must Have:

• Strong analytical process thinking and reporting skills &
  - solving skills to identify and resolve data issues
• Very good practical knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, in particular)
• Communication skills & Stakeholder interactions, ability to make recommendations and support the recommendations
• 1-3 years’ experience with data collection and maintenance background in a multinational company

Nice to Have:

• Language Skills: English C2
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI
