Sales Representative – SaaS Platform
About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales Representative – SaaS Platform to join our growing team and help us build and scale a modern SaaS platform in the retail field marketing industry.
What You’ll Do
As our new Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for driving new business opportunities and growing our client base across the retail and FMCG industries.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential clients (retailers, distributors, brands)
- Leading product demos and presentations for prospects
- Understanding client pain points and mapping our solution to their needs
- Managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing
- Collaborating with the product and customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Attending industry events and generating leads
- Gathering feedback from the market to inform product and go-to-market strategy
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, retail tech, FMCG or similar fields)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Romanian & English)
- Proactive, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e. g. HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a plus
- Passion for technology and innovation in retail
