
Sales Representative
For our client, a company that provides certification, audit, and consultancy services for management systems, we are looking for a Sales Representative.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing within the MSC (Management System Certification) branch is an advantage;
- A bachelor’s or Master’s degree would be a strong asset;
- Good English knowledge;
- Driver’s licence;
- In-depth knowledge and experience within MSC, Training, and other services would be a plus.
Job description
- Acquiring new customers in the area of multiple standards (ISO, Food, Automotive, IT);
- Seeking customers according to known principles (cold calling, cold mailing);
- Implementing the sales plan and achieving KPIs for new product sales;
- Submitting new ideas and innovations for different activities, monitoring the market, and identifying its needs;
- Proposing sales policies, sales goals, and sales plans;
- Securing that the performance of the sales process is maintained – process monitoring (e. g. , against personal sales goals), including compliance with all internal (DMS, LOPs) and external requirements (Accreditation);
- Managing the process of finding new and keeping existing relations with customers;
- Managing the process of finding new and keeping existing relations with clients by consultants;
- Preparing/reviewing/signing quotes/offers/contracts;
- Initiating and monitoring any improvement actions.
