Sales Support Specialist
What you'll do: Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team and collaborates with the implementation teams in order to answer to customers‘ needs.
Support the contracting and invoicing process.
Follow up with customers and answer inquiries via email, telephone.
Perform any necessary administrative work including archiving, filling reports or presenting sales team with necessary contractual documents.
Offer support in the sales presentations, offers, RFP/RFI processes prepared for customers and ensure their compliance with internal rules and procedures.
Update the internal tools and applications and with the necessary information.
Maintain

- date awareness new product and feature launches, of company activities, industry trends and government regulations.
Suggest sales process improvements.
What you'll need to succeed: Customer oriented with excellent planning and communication skills (English is a must); Excellent verbal and written skills; Pro-active; Desire to learn; Good negotiating skills; Logic reasoning, analytical and strategic thinking constitues an advantage.
Good MS Office proficiency (Excel; Word; Powerpoint) Good English knowledge Why us?
