Salesforce Administrator
What you will be doing

Advantage is looking for an experienced, passionate, and
- loving Salesforce Administrator to take on a critical role as part of the operations team based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will:
- Be responsible for administering Comply
Advantage’s Salesforce environment covering Sales Cloud, CPQ & Service Cloud - Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure effective utilisation of Salesforce capabilities. Address user inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver comprehensive training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
- Manage and own system administration and help streamline business functionality including: profiles/permissions, role hierarchy, application customisation, and process automation
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports & dashboards
- Assist with the integration of Salesforce with other 3rd party systems and applications
- Keep up to date with new Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices that may be beneficial to our organisation
- Document procedures, policies, and systems
- Support the implementation of best practices to build a
- class Salesforce instance that enables the commercial organisation to scale smoothly and rapidly
About you:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally within a
- paced business and within a
- on team - Salesforce Administrator 201 Certification (required)
- Additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder (highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and
- on experience in a wide range of administration, customisation capabilities, configuration, workflows, data management, and security settings - Diligent with strong analytical,
- solving, coordination, and troubleshooting skills - Strong team spirit and ability to work effectively in collaboration with others
