- Design, manage and implement Salesforce solutions (using the standard declarative features of the platform)
- Support the generation of user stories and acceptance criteria
- Plan, execute and communicate testing activities involving Salesforce, integrations associated to Salesforce and Marketing Cloud

- Design and implement Salesforce solutions utilising standard Salesforce functionality
- Support and embellish user stories and acceptance criteria as a business analyst
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and develop project plans
- Develop and maintain documentation, including solution architecture and test plans (collaborating closely with the key technical resource)
- Stay current with Salesforce technologies and best practices, and recommend new solutions as appropriate
- Provide support for production issues, including root cause analysis and resolution
What You’ll Bring - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, delivery and testing
- Salesforce certification(s) e. g. Administrator, Platform Developer 1 (would be expected)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to
- technical stakeholders - Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Strong
- solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
