& Requirements Who we are looking for

Consultant - Procurement Team (MM&Ariba knowledge)

As a Procurement Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering strategic solutions and ensuring efficient procurement processes for our clients. This position requires a deeper proficiency and the ability to operate independently on certain topics, focusing on SAP MM and Ariba modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Consulting Expertise: Provide advice on procurement processes, leveraging
- depth knowledge of SAP MM and Ariba to address client needs.

Process Optimization: assess, design, and implement procurement processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Integration Support (nice to have): Facilitate smooth integration between MM and Ariba solutions, addressing
- functional requirements.

Client Engagement: Actively participate at client discussions, understand their business challenges, and offer tailored solutions.

Knowledge Transfer: Mentor junior team members and share insights to build collective expertise within the team.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven expertise in SAP MM and Ariba modules.

Strong analytical and
- solving abilities, with a consultative approach to identifying and implementing solutions.

Ability to work independently on certain topics and manage complex tasks with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Previous experience in process improvement, support or system integration projects.

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within the procurement team, contributing to the success of our clients and the growth of our practice.

Your future role

Work closely with business units to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.

Translate business requirements into SAP functional and technical specifications.

Configure, test, and implement SAP solutions that meet business requirements.

Provide
- user training and support, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Ensure SAP operations comply with regulatory and organizational policies.

Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze
- offs.

Monitor and report on SAP system performance.

Assist in change management procedures, requirements and policies.

Stay updated with the latest SAP products, services and strategies.
