Our client is a global industrial leader operating in over 100 countries, known for its advanced manufacturing footprint and commitment to driving digital innovation across its factories and supply chain. They are currently undergoing one of the most significant ERP and operational technology transformations in their industry to modernize systems, improve efficiency, and enable
- generation operations.

We are looking Regional Technical Process Owner (r
TPO) to support a major,
- year digital transformation program modernizing core ERP, manufacturing, and operational technologies across Europe. This role is central to ensuring technical consistency, smooth deployment, and
- quality integration as the organization transitions to SAP S/4HANA and complementary Best-of-Breed (Bo
B) applications.

The r
TPO acts as a key technical bridge between Business Process Owners, Functional Experts, and Digital implementation teams—shaping solutions, guiding deployments, and ensuring the stability of both new and legacy systems throughout the transformation journey.

Location: Hybrid model based in Budapest, Hungary (first 100% onsite, later 2-3 days/week)

Contract: Long-term contract (no benefits, medical, PTO. . . )

Mandatory experience:

• SAP PP (Shopfloor Execution, Discrete & Repetitive Manufacturing)

Responsibilities

• Act as regional expert for production execution (PP): production orders, confirmations, work center reporting, backflushing.
• Lead workshops for execution flows across discrete and repetitive manufacturing.
• Validate integration with MM (components), QM (quality inspections), PM (maintenance), and MES/Bo
  B systems.
• Support execution configuration, shopfloor control logic, and production master data alignment.
• Lead testing cycles, production data migration, and
  - related cutover tasks.
• Guide Shopfloor/PEX Key Users and support
  -
  - live stabilization.

Requirements

Mandatory Functional Expertise

• SAP PP (Shopfloor Execution, Discrete & Repetitive Manufacturing)

Technical & Professional Requirements

• Strong SAP PP execution experience (production orders, confirmations, shopfloor control).
• Experience in discrete and/or repetitive manufacturing.
• Understanding of MES integration, backflushing, and execution KPIs.
• Hands-on S/4 production execution experience is a plus.
