Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP RISE Cloud Migration Project Lead to spearhead cloud transformation programs, ensuring a seamless transition to the SAP RISE platform. The role requires deep expertise in SAP BASIS (7+ years), proven leadership in
- facing environments, and strong knowledge of Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS).

Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide clients through the onboarding and migration process to SAP Private Cloud, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with business objectives. You will coordinate with both internal SAP teams and external partners (including hyperscalers) to navigate complex infrastructure and application landscapes, serving as the main point of contact for stakeholders during both Greenfield and Brownfield migration projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead
  -
  - end SAP RISE cloud migration projects, ensuring successful transitions of SAP workloads to the cloud.

• Act as the primary liaison with customers, addressing business requirements, tracking progress, and managing escalations.

• Supervise migration activities, providing strategic direction and technical oversight.

• Collaborate with internal teams, delivery units, and clients to align on scope, timelines, and milestones.

• Drive change management processes, ensuring stakeholders and users adapt smoothly to the new cloud landscape.

• Guarantee compliance with SAP standards, security requirements, and regulatory frameworks during migrations.

• Support onboarding and lifecycle management of ECS customers, helping them maximize the value of their RISE investments.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 7 years of
  - on SAP BASIS experience (installation, configuration, troubleshooting for SAP Net
  Weaver, SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA).

• Strong background in customer-facing leadership roles (Team Lead, Project Manager, or Project Responsible) with a focus on cloud migrations.

• Solid expertise in Enterprise Cloud Services for SAP, particularly SAP RISE and SAP Cloud Platform.

• Knowledge of migrations to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Understanding of SAP cloud architecture, security standards, and
  - native technologies.

• Proven ability to lead
  - scale migration projects, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certifications (SAP BASIS, SAP HANA, or SAP S/4HANA).

• Prior experience with SAP RISE migrations or
  - scale cloud transformation programs.

• Familiarity with cloud-based disaster recovery and backup strategies for SAP landscapes.
