* Possess a solid understanding of AGILE development methodologies.

* Ability to understand, explain and present technical ideas effectively to both technical and
- technical audiences at all levels up to senior management in a persuasive and convincing manner.

* Experience of working in a
- paced international business and working with
- cultural teams in different geographies.

* Experience in leading and developing
- performing teams and delivering outcomes with added value.

* Skilled in building strong external and internal strategic relationships.

* Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

* Takes the initiative to lead

- stream topics, whilst driving these to a logical conclusion and arriving at the desired outcomes.

Tech or their colleagues in conversations requiring attention and direction.

* Ability to assist and guide members of the Application Centre of Excellence, in resolving issues with permanent

* SAP S/4HANA certification(s) in SAP IBP, SAP Ariba and the STP and FTS modules.

* SAP S/4HANA certification(s) in other modules would be advantageous.
