Role: SAP S/4 Consultant SD/CS Location: Poland (Remote work with occasional travel requirements) Qualifications & Experience Required: Education: Hold a higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology, or equivalent. Work Experience: Possess a substantial track record of at least 3 to 5 Full Project Lifecycles in SAP SD/CS. Expertise: Exhibit profound Sales & Distribution Execution and/or Customer Service process experience, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into precise system design specifications. S/4HANA: Ideally, demonstrate experience or certification in S/4HANA projects, showcasing your mastery of
- edge SAP technology. International Exposure: Preferably, have prior exposure to international template rollout projects, which will further enrich your skill set. Team Player: Efficient and communicative team player and
- starter. Travel: Willingness to travel as required. Responsibilities:Managing full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA in the area of Sales & Distribution / Customer Service. Evaluating business requirements, identifying relevant SAP capabilities, and best practices. Planning, preparing, and executing Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops. Solution Design & Adoption for identified GAPs and business process improvement measures. Ensuring system implementation together with
- /offshore team members. Acting as a sparring partner for the client and taking on project management responsibilities.
