Overview As a Scrum Master, you will guide our software development or project management teams in applying agile principles to deliver innovative solutions. You will play a key role in leading the team by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Your primary mission is to ensure that teams remain productive, engaged, and aligned with the organization’s goals while maintaining high standards for quality and delivery. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and key stakeholders to ensure that projects are efficiently executed and that the team’s potential is maximized. Remove impediments to ensure the team can operate smoothly and achieve sprint goals. Act as a servant leader, ensuring that the team has everything it needs to perform its tasks effectively. Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog, helping define sprint goals. Monitor team performance using agile metrics (e. g. , velocity,
- down charts) and encourage continuous improvement. Shield the team from distractions and external requests to maintain focus on sprint commitments. Support the team in adopting agile tools (such as Jira, Trello, or Azure Dev
Ops) and improving workflow efficiencies. Foster collaboration across teams and departments to remove silos and encourage knowledge sharing. Ensure
- functional alignment by regularly communicating with stakeholders to provide project updates. Promote an environment of continuous learning and help the team adapt to challenges and changes. Responsibilities 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile project management role. Experience in software development or project management within an agile framework, with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Proven ability to lead and coach

Passionate about agile methodologies with a deep understanding of Scrum and how to adapt it to different projects. Familiarity with tracking and interpreting key metrics (e. g. , velocity, burndown charts) to monitor team performance and drive improvements.
