
Secretara / Asistent Administrativ
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Secretary / Administrative Assistant.
Requirements:
- High school or university degree;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, secretarial, or office management role;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Attention to detail, reliability, and discretion;
- Conversational level of English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage correspondence, documentation, and daily office activities;
- Organize schedules, meetings, and appointments for the management team;
- Maintain relationships with suppliers: request offers, place orders, follow up on contracts and communication;
- Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices; forward them to accounting;
- Track payments and maintain accurate financial records;
