Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Security Architect to design and implement secure architectures across infrastructure, cloud, and application environments. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring that security is embedded into every stage of the design process while aligning with global compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and compliance requirements into practical, secure architectural designs.

• Define and maintain security patterns, particularly for cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure security controls are effectively implemented.

• Provide advisory input during audits and compliance reviews (NIS2, DORA).

• Deliver technical insights and workshops to stakeholders and executive teams.

• Contribute to security roadmaps, innovation, and architectural improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in security architecture, compliance, or cloud security.

• Strong understanding of cloud security principles, IAM, CASB, SIEM, and container security.

• Hands-on experience implementing Zero Trust and layered defense models.

• Deep knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and CIS frameworks.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Eligible for UK SC Clearance.

Certifications

• CISSP or SABSA (required).

• Preferred: AWS Security Specialty, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent cloud certifications.
