Role Overview
We are seeking a
- driven and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dedicated solutions sales team. The ideal candidate will be a
- type professional with strong field sales experience, excellent consultative selling skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. This role requires a proactive mindset, a focus on delivering results, and the capability to identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT solutions market.
Key Responsibilities -
Sales & Business Development

Lead the

- end sales process for system integration solutions (own and 3rd party software, services, and infrastructure).

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, leveraging innovative product portfolios.
-
Create effective and specific account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
-
Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management and CRM accuracy to ensure business predictability.
-
Client Relationship Management
-
Establish, nurture, and grow strong customer relationships by identifying and addressing client needs.
-
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning solutions with their business plans and strategies.
-
Develop upselling and
- selling opportunities, maximizing customer potential.
-
Build
- term relationships with key client stakeholders, vendors, and local partners.
-
Presales & Collaboration
-
Plan and execute presales and sales activities, including proposals, presentations, cost/benefit analyses, and negotiations.

Collaborate with internal teams (presales, delivery, legal, etc. ) to ensure smooth project delivery.

Cooperate with Business Units locally and internationally to foster
- selling opportunities.
Requirements -
Minimum 5 years of experience in selling custom IT solutions.

Strong knowledge of IT products and technologies.

In-depth understanding of target markets, business environments, and customer needs.

Proven ability to manage accounts and territories (decision makers, organizational structures, competitive landscape).

Strong negotiation, networking, and
- building skills.

Ability to understand and align with customer business plans and budgets.
