We're looking for a
- on Senior AI Developer who thrives on building fast, functional AI prototypes and delivering
- quality project outcomes. You should be
- focused, comfortable with rapid iteration, and excited to bring AI ideas to life.

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years in software/AI development with a strong delivery track record;
• Strong Python skills and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e. g. , Py
  Torch, Tensor
  Flow);
• Prototyping mindset: fast, iterative, pragmatic;
• Familiar with APIs, data wrangling, and integrating ML into real apps;
• Self-driven, reliable, and passionate about applied AI;
• Experience with LLMs, Open
  AI;
• Fluent in English.

Nice-to-Haves:

• German skill is a big plus.
