Senior AI-First Full-Stack Engineer
Salary: 17. 500 - 24. 500 RON net per month
Requirements:- Demonstrable track record of applying LLM-based tools (e. g. , Cursor, Copilot, Windsurf, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or equivalent) in real-world development workflows.
- Deep software architecture and development experience across the full stack, with expert knowledge in Python and JavaScript.
- Ability to audit AI-produced code for hidden dependencies, insecure patterns, and concurrency edge cases.
- Cloud infrastructure management experience along with server administration skills.
- Comfortable leading features through discovery, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional autodidacticism.
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Design lean development pipelines where AI agents assist in building, testing, and releasing product features.
- Act as both architect and quality gatekeeper by owning solutions from idea to deployment.
- Architect and maintain agent pipelines (planning → coding → test/validation).
- Review AI-generated pull requests for security, performance, and edge-case correctness.
- Automate repetitive engineering and operational tasks as soon as they are recognized.
- Own solutions end-to-end—from design through deployment to monitoring—without hand-holding or bottlenecks.
- Run focused experiments to validate product ideas and workflow improvements.
- Adhere to operations expectations:
- ○ Remain responsive in Slack during core hours (UTC+3 overlap) to unblock issues quickly.
- ○ Publish a daily plan and an end-of-day progress update.
- ○ Break work into tasks that close or deploy at least weekly.
