Engage effectively with our counterparts in the Dublin and Cluj AI teams.

Operationalise prototypes developed by the Dublin or local AI teams.

Ensure seamless handover of operationalised prototypes to business technology teams.

Thrive as a collaborative developer in an Agile environment.

Embrace a lifelong learning mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.

Establish and maintain best practice development frameworks and standards, such as Prompt Engineering.

Develop practices and guidelines to improve consistency and reuse of solutions.

What you need to have:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in a modern frontend framework, ideally React (Vue or Angular are also great).

Hands-on experience with Nest
JS / Node
JS or a similar technology stack.

Experience with or knowledge of Python.

Strong comprehension of RESTful APIs.

Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs).

Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques.

Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

A creative,

Excellent communication skills in both English and Romanian.
