& Requirements Who we are looking for * Academic qualifications: university degree preferably in finance, accounting or mathematics and/or combination; qualification studies (ACCA, CFA) in progress * 3 or more years of professional experience in finance, accounting, audit or due diligence assignments, preferably with an international professional services firm * Previous experience in financial due diligence and audit is considered as the primary focus in terms of knowledge and exposure * Detail-oriented, logical, and organized * Ability to prioritize tasks and work accurately under time pressure * Ability to interpret and present results, work unsupervised with attention to details * Strong- writing skills, including advanced use of MS Office tools * Excellent command of English (spoken and written) * Appetite for varied project work and a desire to contribute to a highly successful M&A team Your future role As a Senior Associate of the FA Transaction Services team, you will need to: * Have an understanding of the Target business and its drivers * Identify key risks in the Target * Comment with respect to quality of assets and liabilities * Comment with respect to quality of earnings * Comment with respect to quality of recurring cash flows * Identify liabilities that can significantly impact the deals * Identify issues likely to affect the Sale & Purchase agreement Main responsibilities include: * Participation in due diligences and investigations * Analyzing business to identify key drivers of financial performance * Participate in client and target meetings, proposal/pitching stage * Project Management with a focus on due diligence projects * Report drafting and presentation of results to Manager/clients * Ability to discuss with legal and tax teams in order to exchange information * Building relationships with clients, daily communication What we offer ?
