We are hiring a Senior Brand Activation Specialist in Cluj-Napoca to join the Brand Activation team and drive brand activations across EMEA! This role is pivotal in driving priority and
-
- business brand activations, including events, branded spaces experiences, merchandising, and translation coordination. Working alongside the creative, product communications, and content/digital teams, this role will lead the development, coordination, and execution of tactics to bring campaigns to life. Who You Are:You are a seasoned communications professional with strong project management and brand strategy skills and a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating impactful brand experiences.  Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree (Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing or other related field)

Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

Ability to develop and implement strategic
- channel campaigns that align with business objectives 

Event management experience

Experience working
- functionally and with teams remotely

Experience in briefing in and guiding creative work 

Excellent level of written & spoken English 

Strong attention to detail 

Desired Skills and Experience

5+ experience in a related field

Experience in an
- house or external agency

Proven ability to change and adapt in a dynamic environment

Knowledge of digital marketing (organic + paid) landscape

Willing to travel in EMEA

Other languages such as French and German are a plus

What You Will Be Doing:

Brand Activations and Experiences: Lead the ideation, project management, budgeting, implementation, and evaluation of priority brand activations, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and objectives. Work
- functionally with marketing, communications, and sales teams to bring brand activation ideas to life, utilizing key brand platforms to coordinate holistic campaigns (e. g. , showroom, web, social media, news outlets, dealer websites, webinars, etc. ).

Event Strategy and Management: develop a brand event strategy in EMEA to bring most impact against our most important audience. Oversee – from concept to completion – the development and implementation of brand events, including objectives, logistics, vendor coordination, and, at times,
- site management.  

Merchandising Management: develop merchandising solutions that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement, working closely with vendors and suppliers to make those available to the channel.  

Content Creation and Coordination: write content for various types of brand activation initiatives (including invitations, sales tools, newsletters, etc. ) and manage the translation process for marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance across different markets.

Performance Monitoring: monitor and analyze the effectiveness of brand activations, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
