What You Will Do:

Leading employee and leadership communications across EMEA, ensuring messages are engaging, inclusive, and aligned with strategy.

Developing and executing communication plans for strategic projects, including transformation initiatives and acquisitions.

Collaborating with the global communications team to ensure regional alignment and consistency in storytelling and messaging.

Creating compelling content such as speeches, blogs, newsletters, presentations, and videos for diverse audiences.

Advising senior leaders, including the EMEA President, on communication strategies and message delivery.

Establishing governance processes and communication rhythms that drive clarity, alignment, and measurable impact.

Minimum Qualifications

Proven experience in corporate or internal communications, ideally within a multinational environment.

Experience with change communications, acquisitions, or transformation projects.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats and channels.

Ability to actively listen, empathize, and interpret unspoken perspectives to craft meaningful messages.

Skilled at translating business strategy into clear, engaging communications.

Confident advisor with the ability to influence senior leaders with credibility and tact.

Effective project management skills, balancing strategic thinking with
- on execution.

Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Desired Skills and Experience

Ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies.

Comfort working in
- paced, dynamic environments.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.

Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
