Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst (EMEA)
Role Summary
Work collaboratively with HRBPs and the broader HR organization to enhance and standardize corporate global compensation and benefits strategies and programs to improve internal equity, market competitiveness, and the overall impact on the business. An individual contributor with excellent communication, partnership, strategic thinking, creative- solving, data analysis and interpretation, and presentation skills are needed to succeed.
