We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter who can turn insights into ideas, ideas into concepts, and concepts into campaigns that move people and move the needle. If digital is your playground, if you know how to build and keep a consistent brand voice, and if you love teaming up with strategy, performance, and design — we might be the right match.

What you’ll do:

• Develop concepts and copy for integrated digital campaigns (social, video, display, landing pages, CRM).
• Write across formats: from long-form (web, video scripts) to sharp short copy (headlines, 6-sec scripts, social posts).
• Work hand-in-hand with art/design partners for coherent storytelling and craft across channels.
• Present ideas in pitches and back up creative execution in front of clients.
• Ensure consistency of tone of voice + QA on content deliverables.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in copywriting/concept backed up by a strong portfolio.
• Ability to shift naturally between different brands and TOVs; excellent Romanian and strong English.
• Strategic mindset: you tie messages to objectives and audiences, not just “make it sound good. ”
• Team player with high autonomy, reliability, and attention to detail.

Nice to have: Experience with integrated campaigns, knowledge of SEO/UX writing, comfort with AI tools as accelerators (not replacements) of your creative thinking.
