Built on over a century of heritage and rooted in science, we're the house of iconic brands - including NEUTROGENA®, AVEENO What you will do The Senior Customer Development Manager is responsible for supervising the development and servicing of national/key accounts to achieve business sales objectives: Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement strategic customer development plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets • Lead a team of customer development professionals to ensure effective execution of plans and deliver exceptional customer service • Collaborate with
- functional teams to identify opportunities for product innovation and market expansion • Utilize data analytics to evaluate performance metrics and make
- driven decisions to optimize sales strategies • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate risks • Lead and oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of sales representatives • Develop and implement promotions, incentives, and motivational strategies for the sales team • Set and monitor team and individual sales targets, providing effective coaching and support • Allocate resources effectively and adjust as necessary to optimize sales activities • Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures in sales operations • Utilize market data to drive sales strategies and increase product presence with accounts • Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to identify opportunities for growth • Manage budgets for specific districts or regions to control expenses and maximize revenue • Provide exceptional support to sales representatives and customers, addressing any issues or inquiries • Lead and execute sales events or projects to enhance overall sales performance • Collaborate closely with sales manager to implement sales plans and drive necessary changes for goal achievement What we are looking for Required Qualifications • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in customer development or related field • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field • Minimum of 6-8 years of related experience in a supervisory role • University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in a relevant field • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving business growth • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans effectively Desired Qualifications • Quick learner with high adaptability to changing environments • Comfortable engaging with individuals at various job levels • Proficient in oral and written communication for business correspondence and presentations • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications: Excel, Word, Power
