What you will do in this role

Reporting:

• Metrics definition: calculation method across Vendors/Locations
• Data accuracy control across reports
• Reporting needs & definition, and implementation with the SNOW/BTS/AMZ team
• POC for Operational reporting for all Regions / Internal functions

Data Mining/Data Models:

• Extensive Analysis and Benchmarks across Markets (Contact volume Forecasting Advanced Model, Consumer behavior Models,  Data Mining)
• Review of GCC KPI/Target definition based on historical data
• Efficiency lever forecast on operational efficiency (cost reduction)

Candidate's profile:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in
  - location operational environments
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate across multiple locations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Prior experience managing data from multiple locations or diverse data sources is a plus
