We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead complex,
- jurisdictional regulatory reporting implementations. This is a senior
- facing role requiring sound judgement, delivery discipline and the ability to guide both clients and internal teams through the full project lifecycle. You will oversee multiple implementations, mentor junior delivery managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery approach.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead
-
- end delivery for complex regulatory reporting programmes.
- Manage senior client stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Anticipate and resolve risks, issues and dependencies across
- functional teams. - Co-ordinate and collaborate with
- disciplinary teams, to include engineering, ensuring consistent delivery quality. - Drive improvements to delivery methodology and contribute to shaping product direction.
- Provide structured coaching and leadership to members of the delivery team.
Required experience / skills
- 7+ years' experience delivering
- scale or
- client implementations within regulatory reporting or Reg
Tech, to include Saa
S solutions. - Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, data architecture and banking products.
- Proven ability to translate complex regulatory obligations into structured delivery plans.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management capability.
- Experience mentoring delivery professionals and supporting their progression.
- Strong organisational discipline and resilience under pressure, with a
- focused approach.
Desirable
- Experience across multiple regulatory frameworks.
- Background supporting RFI/RFP processes or
- sales activity. - Experience contributing to solution design or product evolution.
- Proficiency in an additional European language.
