This is an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Design Director to join our global semiconductor client based in Bucharest, Romania.  



Our client has an outstanding reputation for excellence in the field of semiconductor products for the automotive, industrial and digital security markets. They are expanding their Romania HQ and seek a Senior Design Director to head up a team of digital, analog and
- signal IC design engineers focussed on smart power products. The Senior Design Director will drive
- based design and innovation for internal customers, and have substantial influence in the site strategy and product roadmaps.  



The Senior Design Director will have:

A strong background in either Digital IC or Analog IC Design

A number of years’ experience managing large design teams

A good working knowledge of design principles, methodologies and best practices

An ability to determine and align design strategies with business objectives

A Masters degree in electronic engineering or similar field
