The Dev
Ops Engineer willl join business leaders with enhanced analytics and software engineering capabilities that stabilize enterprises and help them thrive in shifting and complex markets.

Role description:

• Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes;

• Liaises with other technical teams, conducting technology research, and evaluating software required for maintaining the development environment;

• Provide technical guidance and educate team members and coworkers on development and operations;

• Operate within a remote, global team framework, requiring proactive communication and a keen ability to set and manage expectations across time zones;

• Utilize your expertise to write and modify software, conduct unit and integration tests, and maintain documentation for superior supportability.

There are 2 roles open:

Qualifications for role 1:

• At least 5 years experience with
  - end complex solutions and
  - critical (99. 9% uptime) applications;

• Strong knowledge of Linux, Apache Webserver, Java Application servers, Load balancers;

• Understanding of industry standards processes for build, deploy, release and support (CI/CD, incident/problem/change management etc. );

• Good understanding of infrastructure and platform components: Shell scripting, Python , Linux , Container management: Open
  Shift (Docker, Kubernetes), DBMS and SQL (Oracle), Middleware: IBM MQ, Solace, JMS, Kafka , Application layer protocols (TLS/SSL, HTTP(S), DNS, etc);

• Good understanding of Microservices and API Management.

Qualifications for role 2:

• You have 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with a track record of working on complex,
  - availability systems;

• Hands-on coding experience it's a must;

• Proficient in Python, C, Java or similar languages, with a deep understanding of web technologies (HTTP, TLS, REST APIs, DNS, TCP) and cloud platforms, particularly AWS or Azure;

• Experienced with API tools (e. g. , Nginx, Apache, Varnish, Kong), CI/CD tools (e. g. , Jenkins, Git
  Lab), Linux, and Docker.
