We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Dev
Ops Engineer to join our Operations - Dev
Ops Core Team. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure and automation solutions that underpin our entire product suite. You will be a key contributor to our Dev
Ops team, driving best practices and enabling our development teams to deliver
- quality software with speed and confidence.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain our infrastructure using Ia
C tools (e. g. , Terraform, Ansible), automating repetitive tasks and improving efficiency. - Build, optimize, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (e. g. , Git
Lab CI/CD, Git
Hub Actions, Argo
CD) for automated software delivery. - Leverage deep knowledge of
- premises infrastructure, alongside cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), to architect highly available systems. - Implement and manage comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting (e. g. , Grafana Stack, Prometheus, ELK Stack, New
Relic) for system health across
- premises and cloud environments. - Integrate security best practices throughout the SDLC, including vulnerability scanning and secret management.
- Expertly manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes and Rancher.
- Act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure and application issues, performing root cause analysis for both
- premises and cloud systems. - Work closely with
- functional teams, provide Dev
Ops expertise, and mentor junior engineers, championing Dev
Ops principles.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a Dev
Ops, SRE, or similar role, with a strong focus on operations and infrastructure. - Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing
- premises infrastructure is essential, with expertise in at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure) a plus. - Strong proficiency with Ia
C tools (e. g. , Terraform, Ansible) and extensive experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and management. - Deep understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, Helm charts, and automated cluster deployment.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e. g. , Python, Bash, Power
Shell). - Experience with monitoring and logging tools and a solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, Routing, Load Balancing) in both
- premises and cloud contexts. - Excellent
- solving skills to troubleshoot complex systems and strong communication for effective team collaboration. - A passion for automation, continuous improvement, and learning new technologies. Open
Stack and Kafka experience are a plus.
