As a Senior EVM Blockchain Developer, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of a

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of advanced blockchain applications and smart contracts within the EVM framework.

• Drive technical strategy and decisions, ensuring systems are highly modular, scalable, and secure.

• Design and implement
  - chain communication protocols and interoperability features.

• Stay ahead of Ethereum ecosystem advancements, integrating
  - edge features like Layer-2 scaling solutions and new EIPs (Ethereum Improvement Proposals).

• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical challenges in
  - throughput blockchain environments.

• Mentor and guide other developers, fostering technical excellence across the team

Must-Have

• 5+ years of blockchain development experience, with a proven track record of delivering
  - grade solutions.

• 3+ years of
  - level experience in EVM development and Solidity programming.

• Deep understanding of EVM internals, including gas optimization, transaction execution, and state management.

• Proficiency in designing and deploying smart contracts for complex use cases like De
  Fi, NFTs, and DAOs.

• Mastery of cryptographic algorithms, consensus mechanisms (e. g. , Po
  W, Po
  S, or Po
  A), and decentralized governance frameworks.

• Experience building Layer-2 solutions (e. g. , Optimistic Rollups, zk
  Rollups) and integrating with Layer-1 Ethereum.

• Strong understanding of scalability, fault tolerance, and
  - performance systems design.

• Contributions to major blockchain projects or protocols (open-source portfolio strongly preferred).

Nice-to-Have

• Expertise in designing blockchain ecosystems integrated with AI or advanced data systems.

• Extensive knowledge of De
  Fi, Social
  Fi, or DAO architectures.

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines for blockchain deployments.

• Familiarity with Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs) and other advanced cryptographic techniques.
