Job role
The Senior Financial Controller role contributes to forecast, plan and analysis of the financial performance of the company, supports decision making by providing useful and relevant information to senior leadership and the board of directors in driving and managing the business, assuring the strategic objectives of the business through evaluation of business cases.
What will you do
- Report savings in productivity hub and track saving against targets.
- Conduct Monthly commercial reviews with function leads in CEO and follow up with to do’s.
- Prepare line items report for CEO and monthly deep dive the actuals using line item report.
- Prepare monthly Forecast and Financial Check-in.
- Conduct Planning for CEO Pillar.
- Work with extended team for FTEs tracking in order to ensure the accurate forecast for labor cost.
- Create Projects and Resource Plans in Service Now.
- Approve time cards submitted in Service Now.
- Maintain External Spend Tracker and approve external spend requests.
- Build internal
- up on the most sensitive topics with CFO area as well and offer support on CFO. - Prepare and moderate highly important data centered presentations for the management.
- 7 years of relevant work experience in Controlling in an international environment
- University Degree (preferably Business Administration, Economics or Financials and Accounting)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel-create dashboards, pivot, financial formulas, Power
Point) - Profound knowledge of SAP (SAP CO and FI, SAP BO, SAP BW)
- Fluent English written and spoken (Additional languages preferred)
- Entrepreneur mindset
- Knowledge of Ariba and Service Now is plus
