Senior Full Stack Developer - Future Team Lead Track (all genders)
Your mission:
- Take over technical leadership in full stack development and evolve into a team lead role, responsible for guiding junior and
- level developers while maintaining hands-on technical expertise, - Lead the development of scalable web applications and APIs for the Assetpilot product, using Angular frontend and Kotlin (Java) backend technologies, ensuring code quality and architectural best practices,
- Support and mentor development teams in both frontend and backend development, conducting code reviews and establishing development standards for
- ready software, - You will collaborate with product management, UX/UI designers, and other development teams within the Strategic Development department, to deliver
- quality product features, - Develop and enhance Assetpilot platform features, including user interfaces, APIs, data processing, and integration capabilities for renewable energy asset management,
- Support our product management team in the development, compilation, and technical review of complex technical concepts for specific product requirements, including an advisory role to facilitate solutions,
- Gradually transition into team leadership responsibilities, including mentoring developers, participating in hiring decisions, and contributing to team development strategies and technical roadmaps,
- Establish and document best practices for full stack development workflows within the Assetpilot team, including coding standards, testing practices, and deployment procedures,
- Drive product innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and development practices, that improve both product capabilities and team productivity.

Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, software engineering, or related qualification with focus on full stack development,
- 4+ years of professional experience in full stack development with modern web technologies and frameworks,
- Excellent knowledge of frontend technologies: Angular, Type
Script, HTML5, CSS3, Rx
JS, and modern web development practices, - Strong backend development skills: Kotlin (Java), Spring Boot, Spring Security, RESTful APIs, Graph
QL, and microservices architecture, - Experience with Mongo
DB: database design, aggregation pipelines, indexing, and performance optimization, - Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes),
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines,
- driven development (TDD), and agile methodologies, - Leadership potential with experience mentoring junior developers or leading small project teams,
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in
- functional teams, - Experience with Dev
Ops practices and tools is an advantage, - Fluent English communication skills are a
