Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in the MERN stack (Mongo
DB, Express. js, React. js, Node. js) and experience with AWS services. In this role, you will help architect, build, and scale
- critical healthcare web applications. You will collaborate closely with
- functional teams to deliver secure, performant, and reliable solutions that improve patient care and streamline radiology workflows.

Candidates with prior healthcare IT or HIPAA-compliant application experience will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain
  - stack web applications using Mongo
  DB, Express. js, React. js, and Node. js.
• Build responsive,
  - performance
  - end applications with React. js and Next. js, translating complex UI/UX designs into clean, reusable code.
• Design and manage RESTful APIs and Web
  Sockets for
  - time features.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability, especially for
  - load healthcare environments.
• Integrate and manage AWS services (Lambda, Amplify, S3, Dynamo
  DB, etc. ) to support backend infrastructure.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, or similar frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver
  - quality product iterations.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional experience in
  - stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in Java
  Script/Type
  Script with deep expertise in React. js, Next. js, Node. js, and Express. js.
• Hands-on experience with Mongo
  DB and scalable database design.
• Solid understanding of AWS services (Amplify, Lambda, S3, Dynamo
  DB).
• Experience with Web
  Sockets for
  - time features.
• Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG).
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Proven experience implementing secure authentication/authorization flows.
• Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and
  - solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a distributed,
  - paced team.

Preferred Experience

• Background in healthcare IT or experience with HIPAA-compliant applications.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
• Strong awareness of inclusive design and accessibility standards.
