We deliver centralized operations to our Molson Coors Business Units across the Globe in Finance, Master Data, Commercial, HR and IT Business Services. Our impressive brands portfolio across the world includes Miller Genuine Draft, Madri, Staropramen and Bergenbier.

This role will provide finance and accounting data processing services related to the accounts payable postings, invoice processing (raising NON POs), travel and expenses processing & maintaining appropriate documentation.  Contributes to establishing quality and accuracy checks and performs controls to ensure information correctness and in time processing.  Organizes and delivers training in Procure to Pay area, being a subject matter expert in the operations allocated. Ensures training and coaching for the new collegues from Procure to Pay.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•   Timely query resolution for requests received via Service
  Now
•   Audit on the expenses submitted by the employees
•   Maintenance & clearing on the GL accounts
•   Month end closing activities - Accrual
•   Timely resolution of tasks within SLA
•   Follow up with vendors, employees, or management as required
•   Ad hoc calls with stakeholders (internal /external)
•   Summarize and report financial and
  - financial data
•   Create and update the working procedures periodically
•   Identify and implement improvement ideas for standardizing the process

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE 

• Previous experience + 9 months
• +1 year experience in Finance
• Advanced English level 
• Planning, organizing and stakeholder management skills 
• Attention to detail and numerical skills 
• SAP & Excel experience
• Concur - nice to have
