Senior HR Generalist Role, based in Bucharest

You would be joining EWX (Employee & Workplace Experience) organisation where we’re on a mission to redefine the future of work. Our vision is to be leading force in strategic disruption and exceptional employee experiences – creating seamless, safe, and meaningful moments that matter across the employee journey. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our Bucharest team and extend on powerful EWX mission. In this role, you will lead HR initiatives that support our business goals and improve the employee experience. This role requires a strategic problem solver with strong operational capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone with a comprehensive understanding of HR protocols across the employee lifecycle and can excel in a
- paced and evolving environment, delivering a high level of employee experience.
