Senior Influencer Marketing Manager – Europe

What You’ll Do
Lead planning, execution, and optimization of influencer campaigns across multiple European markets.
Identify, vet, and manage relationships with
- tier influencers and emerging creators.Oversee campaign budgets, contracts, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns hit KPIs.
Analyze campaign performance, report insights, and recommend improvements.
Mentor and support junior team members, helping build best practices for influencer campaigns.

Requirements
4+ years experience in influencer marketing or digital partnerships, ideally with
- country campaigns.Strong understanding of Tik
Tok, Instagram, You
Tube, and other European platforms.Excellent
- building, negotiation, and communication skills.Experience managing budgets, teams, or
- scale campaigns.Strategic mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable campaign improvements.
Comfortable working with remote international teams and
- market campaigns.
