Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our client's team and lead in designing, building, and optimizing innovative, scalable, and automated infrastructure solutions. This role is perfect for professionals with experience in the Telecomunication industry and deep expertise in IPv4/IPv6 management, network automation, and
- healing network architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build resilient and scalable networks using BGP, OSPF, and GRE tunnels for Layer 2 and Layer 3 architectures.
• Implement automated network provisioning with tools like Ansible, Terraform, and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
• Develop and manage disaster recovery plans and
  - availability solutions, ensuring minimal downtime and robust failover capabilities.
• Proactively monitor and optimize infrastructure performance using open-source tools, internal applications, and AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to shape technology roadmaps and adopt emerging Telco and network infrastructure trends.
• Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to support teams, junior engineers, and operational teams.

• +7 years of experience in telecommunication environments or similar infrastructure engineering roles.
• Advanced knowledge of IPv4/IPv6 deployment strategies in
  - stack environments and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Linux systems administration, including kernel optimization, virtualization, and security hardening.
• Expertise in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and advanced routing configurations like
  - based routing.
• Extensive experience with Juniper platforms (MX, EX/QFX, SRX Series).
• Juniper Certifications (JNCIA, JNCIP, JNCIE) or equivalent training is a plus.
• Strong experience with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform, and scripting in Python, Bash, or Perl.
• Expertise in scaling and performance tuning for network infrastructures, including My
  SQL clustering and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with source control systems like Git and modern Dev
  Ops methodologies.

• This is a full-time, hybrid position (preferably 3-4 days from the Bucharest office)
