RPA (regular) master data (advanced) Data modeling (advanced) Analytical Thinking (advanced) Business Analysis (advanced) English (advanced) Project Management (advanced) Agile (advanced) The main role for this position will be leading and coordinating projects for the Global Business Services organization, which is strategic in the development of shared services in the PPG organization. As the main point of contact on behalf of IT, this role will fully identify the technological needs for the GBS organization and ensure the optimal path for the implementation of business requests. Key Responsibilities Knowledgeable about the project management methodology (Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid apporach), understands and applies project management standard methodologies, Works primarily with project team, project leads and project sponsors, Interacts with all levels of partners, vendor integration into project activities, Manages multiple small/medium projects simultaneously, Manages medium/moderate complexity projects independently typically small to medium expense projects or small ACTs, Manages high complexity projects across domains with mentorship from senior staff or supervisor, Manages coordinated change control process, identifies project's risk, Encouraged to be aware of and understand current industry trends and apply to PPG Processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry or in a related field, or equivalent experience, 5 years of IT or a related subject area Project Management experience, Strong analytical and conceptual skills, Proficient English, strong oral and written communication skills, including technical writing, MDM and RPA working experience is a plus
