ABOUT ROLE: In this role, you will be responsible for running and managing our Kafka Enterprise Platform with a strong focus on driving platform advancements and collaborating with teams and projects from Germany.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Solving

- day support issues, incidents and problems.
Working with a variety of business and technical teams to provide and enhance Kafka services systems and performance monitoring, including trend analysis and respective improvements.
Regularly reviewing and advancing Kafka services. Automation prioritizing and handling workload effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
4+ years of
- on experience supporting corporate users in data centre and/or cloud services. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration or a closely related field.
Experience with administrating an Enterprise Kafka data streaming platform. Knowledge of automation, scripting, CI/CD and Container Platforms (or willing to learn). Administrative experience with Red
Hat Linux and providing IT infrastructure services.
