Short Description
As an Senior Learning Specialist , you will be responsible for the design, development, and production of effective learning solutions. You will be required to analyze and identify learning needs, and design and develop learning solutions for WBTs, ILTs, and v
ILTs. Your role will also require managing course development/design processes, evaluating course design, and applying best practices related to learning with the junior IDs. Coordinate instructional design projects from inception to completion. You will be required to apply knowledge of instructional design theory to design course content, working with subject matter experts, management, trainers/facilitators, and
- Learning specialists.
Qualifications
- Valid experience of 5-8 years in L&D - designing and developing engaging learning solutions
- Experience in leading Learning projects and content development
- Experience in Learning technologies and platforms
- Hands-on experience in authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Vyond and Adobe Captivate

Learning content, LMS, LXP, Learning design, and delivery - Managing stakeholders
- Project management
- Must possess strong storyboarding, reviewing, and ID skills
- Must have an understanding of SAP/S4 and content building for the same
- Proficiency with Multimedia/web development (Images, Audio, Video, animation) using Adobe e
Learning or Creative Suite - Must have: Instructional Design certification
- Good to have – ASTD, ISTD, Learning design, Design thinking | any other learning certifications
Job Responsibilities
• Utilize advanced instructional models and adult learning methods to design learning experiences that promote practice, retention, and application of new skills and knowledge

• Lead needs analysis and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
• Develop concept notes, detailed design documents, and storyboards for
- learning modules and simulations for SAP/ S4 platform
• Writes concise, creative, and effective instruction
• Review design documents, storyboards, builds developed by peers / junior IDs
• Develop and guide the creation of
- learning courses and speak knowledgeably with clients about the value of blended learning
• Act as a content curator, creating solutions that are engaging, creative, and interactive and offer

• Manage the

• Identify measures of success through project management of costs, work efforts, timelines, forecasting, and deliverables
