Requirements

Application Maintenance and Enhancement

• Ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of our mobile applications.
  
  
• Identify and fix bugs, optimize performance, and implement updates.
  
  

Development and Implementation

• Design, develop, and deploy new features using React Native.
  
  
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
  
  

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver
  - notch user experiences.
  
  
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and ensure coding best practices are followed.
  
  

Code Quality and Standards

• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
  
  
• Conduct code reviews to maintain
  - quality standards across the team.
  
  

Technology and Tools

• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in React Native and mobile development.
  
  
• Advocate for best practices and help identify tools and technologies to improve the development process.
  
  

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in mobile development, with at least 3 years using React Native.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in React Native, Java
  Script/Type
  Script, and mobile app architectures.
  
  
• Experience with native modules (i
  OS/Android) is a plus.
  
  
• Familiarity with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
  
  
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and
  - party libraries.
  
  
• Strong understanding of app publishing processes for Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  
  
• Experience with expo would be a plus.
  
  

Tools:

• Proficient with version control tools (e. g. , Git).
  
  
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
  
  

Soft Skills:
