LAN/WAN/WLAN networks (regular) Technical Support (regular) Role and Responsibilities
Management of network performance, capacity, service quality
Ensuring proper operation of the LAN/WAN network2nd/3rd Level technical support for LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure
Communicating and consulting with internal and external technical counterparts
Identifying & investigating repeated issues and work with Network and responsible support group
Identifying, investigating and solve network issues
Monitoring the performance and reliability of the network infrastructure
Management of security and access to LAN and WLAN networks
Planning and executing changes of Network infrastructure with minimal interruption to the production environment
Technical support for development and business support teams

Participation in technical projects Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge and experience of IP networking in at least one of the following areas of specialization: Data Center, LAN Switching, Routing, and Security
Experience with Wireless Control Systems, Access Points, and 802. 1x, PKI, EAP, TLS technologies
Practical experience in managing Cisco switches/routers/APs. (Catalyst, Nexus, ASA)Experience managing SD-WAN / Firewall solutions from Fortinet and/or Palo Alto
Knowledge about Cisco Call Manger management. Knowledge of network security issues (Firewall, WAF, IPS, 802. 1x, NAC)Practical knowledge of LAN access control based on cisco ISE system solution
Knowledge of English at a level enabling communication in an international environment and reading technical documentation
Experience in managing Fortinet solutions (Fortigate, Forti
Analyzer, Fortimanager) Nice to have 4-6 years of experience in network administration in a large and complex infrastructure
High communication skills
