Your new Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate the order fulfillment team to achieve daily targets and KPIs.
• Assign tasks and monitor workflow to ensure timely and accurate shipping of orders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing support and development for existing staff.
• Collaborate with the other departments to streamline processes and resolve bottlenecks.
• Monitor and report on team performance, productivity, and quality metrics.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and team attendance.
• Support the implementation of new systems, tools, or technologies within the order fulfillment process.

Your Skills

• Advanced English level
• Operations and reporting in Excel at an advanced level (vlookup, pivots, formulas)
• Good communication skills
• Interpersonal relationships
• Good organizational skills, detailed oriented person
• Keep up with strict deadlines and follow up with superior management
