Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex PHP-based applications and features for our i
  Gaming platforms.
• Write clean,
  - documented, and efficient PHP code adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
• Contribute to the architectural design and technical
  - making for new and existing systems.
• Optimise application performance, scalability, and security.
• Integrate with various internal and external APIs and services.
• Develop and maintain unit, integration, and
  -
  - end tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
• Collaborate effectively with product owners, designers,
  - end developers, and QA engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Stay

  - date with the latest PHP frameworks, tools, and industry trends, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
• Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure code quality across the team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies.
• Potentially mentor and guide junior PHP developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in PHP development and software engineering, ideally within the i
  Gaming industry.
• Deep expertise in core PHP, design patterns, and modern PHP frameworks (e. g. , Symfony, Laravel).
• Strong proficiency in relational databases (e. g. , My
  SQL, Postgre
  SQL) and efficient SQL. Experience with No
  SQL databases is a plus.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with
  - end technologies (HTML, CSS, Java
  Script) and modern Java
  Script frameworks is a significant advantage.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is highly desirable.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and security best practices for web applications.
• Open to assuming
  - call responsibilities following an initial period of system familiarization.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
