Senior Product Designer (Contractor, remote)
Salary: 11. 500 - 12. 500 RON net per month
Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in product design with a robust portfolio demonstrating a range of design processes, problem-solving skills, and exceptional UI/UX solutions for digital products.
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking with the ability to break down complex challenges and devise effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Figma and strong skills in concept creation as well as Design Execution (UI) with an eye for detail.
- Expertise in user-centered design methodologies, including user research, usability testing, and iterative design.
- Experience with the design of data-driven and SaaS products.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take ownership of projects.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide other designers, fostering a culture of design excellence.
- Experience working with Design Systems.
- Knowledge of current AI tools and tech developments.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project goals and translate them into compelling user experiences.
- Design high-quality user interfaces and prototypes, ensuring alignment with our Design System and technical constraints.
- Analyze data and user feedback to refine and elevate the user experience continuously.
- Present design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating to achieve the best results.
- Mentor junior designers, sharing expertise to elevate team capabilities and ensure consistency in design quality.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to keep our designs cutting-edge.
