As a Senior Project Manager with a specialized focus on Cross Security Projects, you will be a key player in our security team that will help us drive big initiatives that require coordination of multiple teams (SE, Tn
A, GCS, SGS, Tech
Ops). Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage complex,
- functional cybersecurity projects across ECS and ensure that cybersecurity initiatives are executed efficiently, meet strategic objectives, and adhere to ECS Security Strategy (eg end to end encryption, BYOK implementation, cyber resilience implementation, new standards, Trend
Micro migrations, new technology implementation like Cyber
Ark, Cisco SSE etc).

You will report directly to ECS Chief Security Officer and you will support the CSO office, responsible for the effective and efficient security strategy, security programs, and services.
 

What you will do
• Lead and manage complex,
- functional cybersecurity projects across ECS and ensure that cybersecurity initiatives are executed efficiently
• Collaborate with
- functional teams including local ECS ones like SE, Tn
A, Tech
Ops, Productization but also global ones like GCS or SGS
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to executive leadership and stakeholders, providing transparency and facilitating informed
- making.
• Facilitate effective collaboration across project teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
• Oversee resource allocation, balancing workloads and optimizing team performance.

• Track and report on project financials, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Implement tools and processes that enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process, leveraging lessons learned to refine methodologies.

What you bring
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulations (e. g. , NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Expertise in project management methodologies (e. g. , Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e. g. , MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Minimum 5 years proven experience managing large, complex, and
- functional projects
• Knowledge of ECS environment and teams involved (Tech
Ops, Service Engineering, Tn
A, GCS, SGS etc).
