We are looking for an enthusiastic and
- driven Project Manager to support organizational transformation and business planning initiatives within a leading corporate environment in Bucharest.

In this role, you’ll help leadership teams navigate complex business strategies, translate
- level objectives into actionable plans, and ensure smooth execution across functions. You will combine business planning, change management, and project execution expertise to bring structure, clarity, and alignment to evolving business priorities.

This is a fixed-term contract position with the potential for extension, offering a hybrid work model (Bucharest-based).

Tasks

• Lead business planning and transformation initiatives, ensuring strategic goals are translated into measurable outcomes.
• Support leadership teams with
  - backed insights, performance tracking, and strategic communication frameworks.
• Develop and implement structured business rhythms that enable
  - functional alignment and effective
  - making.
• Design and execute change management strategies to ensure adoption of new processes and ways of working.
• Drive project governance, reporting, and risk management to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
• Partner closely with finance, HR, operations, and other stakeholders to align corporate objectives with local execution.
• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence across teams and functions.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in business planning, project management, or change management within a corporate or multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; confident engaging with senior leadership.
• Skilled at simplifying complexity, driving alignment, and enabling collaboration across teams.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives in dynamic,
  - paced environments.
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power
  Point, Power BI, and project management platforms (e. g. , Jira, Asana, or MS Project).
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field.
